American singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey announced this morning through the Australian radio NovaFM in a interview with Tim Blackwell that she will re-release her debut studio album “Born to Die” this November, under the name “Born to Die – Paradise Edition“. This new version will feature seven new tracks including the cover of the 1963 classic “Blue Velvet” original by American-Polish singer-songwriter Bobby Vinton. It will serve as the theme song for the Autumn / Winter 2012 H&M campaign where she is the main image. Speaking to she said “It’s going to be called The Paradise Edition,” “It’s the follow up, the after-world songs. It’s really good. It’s the final statement, the final thoughts on that record.”
